Wye Meadow Camping is a greenfield site in view of the Festival grounds. It will be the best place to pitch up for the 2015 Hay Festival.
Campers in tents, caravans, campervans and mobilehomes of all shapes and sizes will enjoy this delightful and quiet camp site, set close to the River Wye in the beautiful countryside adjacent to Hay and the National Park. Wye Meadow is the closest and most convenient base possible for visitors to the Hay Festival.
The Wye Meadow Camping Crew look forward to welcoming Festival campers old and new to the site.
BOOK NOW FOR YOUR HAY FESTIVAL CAMPING
You will be able to book your pitch with us at anytime upto 16:00 on 14th May - subject to availability. You are advised to book as soon as possible because the site is filling up quickly
All bookings received will be processed on a first come, first served basis in the order that properly completed forms are received. If you want to book days that include the Saturday and Sunday of the Bank Holiday weekend, please first check the Bank Holiday Availablity Guide. For All other Festival days please check out the Availability Chart for current pitch types available on all Festival days between Thursday, 21nd May and Sunday, 31st May inclusive.
To secure your booking you will need to complete the 2015 web registration form with your Festival Camping requirements. Please read the booking information on the Bookings page before doing so. You'll be able to access the form from that page.
During the Festival Wye Meadow Camping can provide you with:
A pitch close to the Festival that provides parking for your car right next to your tent or caravan
Toilet & Shower Blocks that are kept clean and are regularly serviced throughout the Festival
Fresh drinking water supplied straight off the water mains.
